3. Teaching Plan

1.1 Curriculum

The curriculum is an instructional design which guides the teachers and learners in order to attain the success of the teaching and learning process.

The curriculum used in teaching Physical Education in SMP Pembangunan is the Curriculum 2013. It includes the core competencies which should be met after the class discussion. The curriculum used is divided into two semesters. Most of the schools in Padang, Indonesia are using this curriculum. Included in the curriculum are the lesson management which guides the teacher and the students throughout the lesson. There are also suggested teaching ways in which the teachers can use to cater the needs of the diverse learners.

1.2 Teaching Plan (Physical Education)

The teaching plan used in Physical Educated is based on the general curriculum which is the curriculum 2013. The strategies used in the teaching plan are with accordance to the curriculum.
